Our Fathers Jewish Tunisian Pop-Up with Rafram Chaddad and Kitchen Kibitz

Join us as Kitchen Kibitz pops up at Our Fathers for a special night of Tunisian Jewish cooking.

Kitchen Kibitz is excited to partner with Our Fathers chef de cuisine Jameson Poll and Tunisian food expert Rafram Chaddad for a popup celebrating Jewish Tunisian cuisine. Visual artist and food expert Rafram Chaddad will share stories and unique insight into Tunisian cooking, having worked with famous cookbook authors Claudia Roden and Yotam Ottolenghi.

Tickets are $60/person and include four courses, tax and gratuity. Full cash bar.

On Thursday, February 22, 2018, we will host one seating at 8pm for this exciting dinner where you can experience Jewish Tunisian cuisine.

Kitchen Kibitz is a pop-up dining experience focused on re-imaging global Jewish cuisine. Created out of a passion for Jewish food and childhood memories of cooking, Jeff Gabel teams up with Boston chefs to highlight classic flavors of the old world and elevate the techniques with a modern spin.

Rafram Chaddad is a visual artist, food expert and author of Rafram's Guide to Libyan Jail, a book about his five months spent in a Libyan jail after sneaking into the country in 2010. He was also the coordinator for Slow Food in Israel between 2005-2013, where he organized food events featuring local farmers, giving lectures and helping farmers and chefs to meet and exchange ideas.
